Man Injured, Faces DUI Charges After Being Ejected in I-90 Crash

A man is injured and faces DUI charges after being ejected from his van during a late night crash on I-90.

Thirty-five-year-old Rob Knight was driving eastbound east of East Kittitas at about 12:30 this morning when troopers say he veered off the highway, and dropped down an embankment and vaulted onto Stevens Road.

His van then rotated and continued up an embankment, where he was ejected before the car came to a rest.

It's not known if Knigh was taken to a hospital for his injuries.

He's charged with DUI, Driving with a Suspended License and not having an interlocking ignition device.

Knight is from Bremerton. He was driving a 2006 Ford Econoline van at the time of the crash.
