Nick’s Bricks, the Annual Lego Event at Pybus Public Market has been postponed, following the recommendation of the Chelan-Douglas Health District.

The event was scheduled for tomorrow,  Saturday, March 7th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.  “We in public health appreciate and commend Kevin and Jayne Vitulli for acting with an abundance of caution in postponing such a large gathering  to protect our children,” said Barry Kling, MSPH, Administrator from the Chelan-Douglas Health District.

“We are disappointed to postpone this annual event, but it is the
right thing to do at this time for an event that draws over 1,000 people,” said
Kevin Vitulli. Co-founder, Nicholas H. Vitulli Memorial Foundation.

“We look forward to rescheduling Nick’s Bricks later this year"
said Jayne Vitulli, Co-founder, Nicholas H. Vitulli Memorial Foundation.

is an event that he would have loved! Nick passed away in 2016 at the young age
of 24 while hiking in Africa. Nick was gentle, kind, joyful and loved life. He
was curious and creative and was never afraid to explore possibilities. Nick’s
FAITH, FAMILY, FRIENDS and FUN were most important to him in his life.

“Barry Kling will be meeting with the staff and merchants at Pybus Public Market later today to help us ensure that the market continues to take an abundance of caution for our many guests" said Leslie Freytag, Executive Director, Pybus Public Market.
