Odessa Athletic Director Named New Mansfield School Superintendent

Current Odessa School District Athletic Director and Head Football Coach Bruce Todd is the new superintendent at Mansfield Schools.

Todd will start in Mansfield on July 1st, and was in competition with Wenatchee Sunnyslope Elementary School Principal David Perkins as a finalist for the position.

Current Mansfield Superintendent Mike Messenger is retiring at the end of the school year.

Todd has a bachelor’s degree in education from Eastern Washington University and a master degree in education from Heritage University.

A release from Mansfield Schools says Todd has 28 years of experience in education.

Mansfield has about 85 K-12 students who are all housed in one building, along with the school district staff.
