Premera Blue Cross & Kinwell Medical Group Collaborate for Primary Care Clinics, Including in Wenatchee

Kinwell Medical Group is partnering with health insurance company, Premera Blue Cross, to offer accessible primary care clinics, including in Wenatchee.

The clinics will exclusively serve people under Premera Blue Cross, Premera Blue Cross Medicare plans or LifeWise Health Plan of Washington.

"Kinwell is a new primary care offering and we opened our first clinic at the end of last year...in Yakima," said Dr. Mia Wise, president. "We know that from data that rural areas are hit exceptionally hard when it comes to attracting and having access to primary care physicians."

The Wenatchee clinic opened its door in December 2021.
