CBIT confirmed that the Wenatchee Police Officer who fired at Wilkes’ window is the one who shot first.

A total of 21 shots were fired towards White, with three making impact.

Dep. Tyson was initially put on administrative leave, but returned to work after the criminal investigation against him concluded.

The Chelan County Prosecuting Attorney will now decide whether the three officers will face charges for their roles in the shooting.
