The Chelan-Douglas Health District released its weekly COVID-19 thermographic Wednesday.

According to the district, the two county area's case rate continued its slow rise since masking rules were relaxed. Cases increased about 5% to 92 per 100,000 people over 14 days. Two Douglas County residents remain hospitalized with COVID-19.

The region's vaccination progress was relatively stagnant over the past week. Chelan County is nearly 46% fully vaccinated, an increase of less than a percentage point, while Douglas County is almost 40%.
