East Wenatchee Police Sub for Wenatchee Police During Group Photo

Wenatchee Police are once again responding to calls for service today after getting an assist from East Wenatchee Police Tuesday morning.

An arrangement was made for East Wenatchee officers to handle law enforcement for both cities temporarily so that the entire Wenatchee Police force could take a group photo.

Wenatchee Police thanked their East Wenatchee counterparts for handling the extra load, which lasted for about an hour. 

East Wenatchee Police prioritized emergencies during the time frame.

Wenatchee Police patrol a city with a much larger population, and typically handle many more calls on a daily basis.
