Chelan County has rolled out an online survey and mapping tool, open until April 30, for locals to provide feedback on its Multi-Use Pathways Plan. The plan is the development of multi-use and inter-urban trail types for pedestrian, bike and scooter use.

"The survey that we have is to show some of the preliminary ideas that folks have identified and also understand from the community where they would like to see bike trails or other multimodal pathways," said Mike Kaputa, Natural Resources director.

The Chelan County comprehensive planning update in 2017 pointed to the need for pathways and trails to get folks to migrate off the highways into safer areas. To participate in the survey, visit here.
