Confluence Health, Premera Blue Cross Agree on New Deal

Confluence Health and Premera Blue Cross have a new multi-year agreement in place.

The new contract, which was announced Friday, will allow Premera members to retain in-network access at Confluence Health.

The healthcare options for many in the area were previously left in jeopardy when Confluence broke off negotiations in early August. There will now be no disruption for Premera members who receive care at Confluence Health.

Said Confluence Health in a statement, "This is a significant win for our patients who deserve local access to affordable, high quality care."
