A home was damaged during a drive-by shooting just before midnight Thursday in the Larson community north of Moses Lake.

A deputy on patrol heard shots fired just before the home owner called 911 to report that their house in the 1000 block of Northwest Lane had been shot at.

Grant County Sheriff's Office PIO Kyle Foreman said the home sustained damage from seven bullet holes, but no one was injured. There were not witnesses and no description of a fleeing vehicle.

"Deputies collected evidence from the area which will be sent away for analysis. If anyone has information, please contact the Grant County Sheriff's Office," Foreman added.

The Grant County Sheriff's Office can be reached at 509-762-1160 or via email at crimetips@grantcountywa.gov. Tipsters can remain anonymous.

This is the second shooting in the Larson community in less than a week and the fourth since late May.
