Home Sales Down in November, but Up On the Year

The number of homes sold in November was down 15% compared to the same month last year according to Pacific Appraisal Associates.

Despite the decline in the month, the number of homes sold over the course of the year is outpacing 2019.

Also up, the average sales price this year which went from $377,000 to nearly $416,000.

Part of that could be caused by the fact that are fewer houses on the market with listings down 57% from last year and 29% from October.
