Home Sales and Prices Up in Wenatchee Valley

Home sales in the Wenatchee Valley were up last month compared to March of 2020, as was the median sales price, both increasing 22% according to data released by Pacific Appraisal Associates.

They list the average sales price as a $437-thousand.

Home sales in the Cashmere market dropped by 11% while average sales prices went up in the 1st quarter compared to 2020.

The Leavenworth market saw prices go up, but home sales were flat.
