Wenatchee Valley home sales in January were down 25% compared to 2020 and the number of homes for sale was down by two-thirds according to data released by Pacific Appraisal Associates.

The average sales price was up to nearly $435,000 which is 22% higher than last year's average possibly due to the tighter market.

Pacific Appraisal has record of only 34 houses active on the market without a pending offer as of the end of January.
