Thurston County Judge James Dixon found anti-tax initiative activist Tim Eyman guilty of all five claims made by the Washington State Attorney General's Office for his work on state initiative campaigns including…

"This court finds that Mr. Eyman received contributions in support of ballot propositions in 58 separate months. He failed to file C-3 and C-4 reports on 124 occasions. The court also finds Mr. Eyman failed to register with the Public Disclosure Commission. That is a violation of the Fair Campaigns Practices Act."

Judge Dixon also leveled a $2.6 million dollar fine against Eyman … the largest ever against an individual … and bars him from directing any political committee's finances in the future.

Eyman was also found guilty of using donations for personal use.

"This court finds and concludes that Mr. Eyman's violations of the Fair Campaigns Practices Act are numerous and particularly egregious and were 'intentional' as that term is defined by law."

The judge also dismissed all of Eyman's counter claims.
