Leavenworth Front Street Closed to Vehicles for Foreseeable Future

City of Leavenworth Mayor Carl Florea announced that the Front Street closure to vehicles will be a permanent change. In a letter to the community, Mayor Florea adds that the city has a plan for folks needing deliveries. According to the letter, the closure is a result of safety concerns with the crowds continuing to grow during the summer season.
