Residential real estate listings in the Wenatchee market fell by more than a quarter last month as compared to the month before.

February data from Pacific Appraisal Associates shows there were just 47 active listings between all of Wenatchee, Malaga, East Wenatchee, Orondo and Rock Island. The lack of inventory on the market led to an 11% drop in total sales since February of 2021.

The median sales price for a home in the area is now just over $456-thousand, up 18% compared to one year ago but down almost 11% from last month.

March's numbers could very telling, as listings substantially increase as spring sets in.
