Next Hearing in Lawsuit Against Gov. Inslee is June 18th

The next hearing in a lawsuit filed by North Central Washington residents against Governor Jay Inslee will take place Thursday, June 18th at 3:30.

Chelan County Superior Court Judge Kristen Ferrera has been asked by the attorneys representing Governor to reconsider her decision to hold the trial locally as opposed to Thurston County.

The attorneys for Inslee have asked that if Judge Ferrera does not decide to move the case, they are asking to hold off on further proceedings pending the review of jurisdiction by an appellate court.
