North Central Washington Libraries are offering family passes to Ohme Gardens and The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center. NCW Public Relations Specialist Michelle McNiel says the two separate passes allow unlimited entry to either Ohme Gardens or the Wenatchee Museum for the two week check out period. "Each pass grants a family, which is two adults and any children under the age of 18 in the household, entry either to Ohme Garden-which is a historical and beautiful almost 100 year old garden, or the museum in Wenatchee."

Ohme Gardens features nine acres of natural beauty, that includes flowers, meadows, ponds, waterfalls, and forest trails, and benches to sit and enjoy the views of Wenatchee Valley. The Wenatchee Valley Cultural Center and Museum provides a variety of cultural exhibits that present the lives of people who lived in the mid-Columbia River region dating back to the Ice Age.

NCW Public Relations Specialist Michelle McNeil says the passes are available at all NCW Library branches. "Family passes to Ohme Gardens near Wenatchee, and the Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center, are now available for check out from all of our libraries."

Ohme Gardens is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 p.m. through the end of summer.

To reserve a family pass to either Ohme Gardens or the Wenatchee Museum with a library card, call your local library, or visit the library website at www.ncwlibraries.org.
