Ohme Gardens Seeks Candidates for Manager Position

The county park, Ohme Gardens, is looking to fill an open manager position for the new year. The right candidate would have general landscaping knowledge of different plants, however expertise in the field is not required.

"That role is event coordination, there's a lot of events that happen at the gardens like weddings," said Commissioner Kevin Overbay. "And able to do outreach. We do have fundraising that does occur there to kind of keep the gardens going."

Jason Browning was the director of Ohme Gardens for several years, but is moving out of state for another job opportunity in Kentucky.
