Local nonprofit agency, SAGE (Safety, Advocacy, Growth, and Empowerment) has tickets on sale now for the 8th annual Enchanted Evening Gala with a Roaring 20's theme to fit the new year. The gala is on March 7th with all ticket proceeds support keeping SAGE's services both free and confidential.

"We will be hosting a silent auction, a live auction and some activities that you can win prizes," said Nona Reed, victim advocate. "There will be a dance after the event is over, if you want to stay and dance."

The evening will begin at 5, dinner will be served at 6:30 and the fun won't wrap up until 11 at the Wenatchee Convention Center. Community awards will be distributed during the event along with a dessert dash for folks to satisfy their sweet tooth.

"The benefit is to raise funds to direct services to client, meaning we're a grant funded organization and the grants are pretty specific on how we can spend it. Having a fundraiser raise benefits, we can spend it a little more liberally with our clients," said Reed.

SAGE provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, general crime, and child victims of violence.
