Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center will soon be settling into a new home and there will be an open house and ribbon cutting to celebrate. The community is invited to check out the new digs on November 7 from 5-7.

"We will still be able to provide the same services we have in the past when we were located in the Wenatchee World building," said Jennifer Talbot, executive director. "We're still downtown so we'll still have easy access for people for to come in for mediations or trainings."

The new location is at the corner of Wenatchee and Palouse on 5 South Wenatchee Avenue, Suite 315. With the new location, the WVDRC is also hoping to land some new members for the team to serve on the Board of Directors.

"We are looking for people who have an interest in conflict resolution and its importance in our community, Chelan and Douglas counties. (People) that maybe have some background financial planning, strategic planning," said Talbot.

Board members will be committed to providing dispute resolution in Chelan and Douglas counties. For more information, call 888-0957 or email info@wvdrc.org.
