The results of the 2020 census were released Monday.

Washington's population grew by nearly one-million residents since 2010. That's an increase of more than 14-percent.

Individual county and city numbers will be released at a later time.

The growth is not large enough to afford Washington another seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Neighboring Oregon, meanwhile, will gain one congressional seat.

Texas saw the largest growth in population while Utah saw the largest percentage growth.
