Chelan and Douglas Counties Growing According to Census

Chelan County has gained approximately 7,000 people over the past decade, and Douglas County 4,000 according to the 2020 census results which were released Thursday.

By percent, Douglas County actually grew more than Chelan, Grant and Okanogan Counties.

The State of Washington grew nearly 15% to 7.7 million residents.

The largest state in terms of percentage growth was Utah.
