59er Diner Closing Cashmere Location Permanently

The Cashmere location of the 59er Diner closed its doors permanently Tuesday.

In a Facebook post announcing the news, owner Joe Cannata said, "Given the business climate in Washington State and impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to keep the doors open."

The original location west of Leavenworth on Highway 2 will remain open.

Cannata said he was thankful for his customers and the support in the seven years at the secondary spot.
