Chelan-Douglas CASA Features Campaign for April, Child Abuse Prevention Month

Chelan-Douglas CASA is highlighting its Pinwheels for Prevention campaign for the month of April, which is Child Abuse Prevention Month. The campaign is in lieu of the canceled annual fundraiser, Rock n' Bowl, for Chelan-Douglas CASA.

"We've decided to use the month of April to do a campaign around our Pinwheels Project, something we've been doing for about 6 years now," said Heather Baker, communications coordinator. "

The Pinwheels project encourages those in the community to plan pinwheels in the lawns of local businesses and homes to demonstrate solidarity for keeping children safe. For more info or to participate, visit here.
