The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife announced that the Chinook salmon fishing seasons on the Chelan and Entiat Rivers will open at sunrise July 16th and run through sunset October 15th.

The daily limit for both is six with a minimum size of 12 inches.

On the Chelan River, you can fish from the mouth by the railroad bridge to the Chelan PUD safety barrier below the powerhouse.

On the Entiat River, you can cast your lines from the mouth by the railroad bridge to the boundary markers located approximately 1,500 feet upstream of the upper Roaring Creek Road Bridge.
