CWU Cybersecurity Professor Presents Protection of Critical Infrastructure

In the height of online scammers and hackers, cybersecurity and online vulnerability is an important topic. Central Washington University Information Technology and Administrative Management professor Deborah Wells, this Wednesday, October 9, will be using her free public presentation to highlight the importance of protecting critical infrastructure on a more larger scale than personally.

"What keeps me up at night is industrial cybersecurity, making sure our critical infrastructure is protected, making sure that the cyber professionals who are put in charge...are on top of their game," said Wells.

The presentation is a part of the Apple STEM Network's 'Science In Our Valley Seminar Series' and will be held at Washington State University Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center at 4 p.m.
