Grant County Fire Crews Have Busy Weekend

Multiple fires struck Grant County over the weekend, but are now contained.

Crews from Grant County Fire Districts 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, and Ephrata responded to a 100-acre blaze near RD 21 and RD B NW Saturday.

The fire spread in several different directions before it was finally contained.

On Sunday, Grant County crews responded to a 10-acre fire off Dodson Road near Neva Lake Road.

Dodson was closed temporarily, but reopened once the fire was dealt with.
