Grant County Fire Crews Contain Blaze Off Dry Coulee Road

Firefighters from Grant County Districts 5, 7, 12, and 13 responded to a fully engulfed haystack fire off Dry Coulee Road Saturday night a little after 7:30.

Crews were able to quickly control the small brush fires started from burning embers and monitored the fire throughout the night during the high winds.

They were cleared around midnight.

Fire officials say there were no threats to any structures, and there were no injuries.
