An eleventh Grant County resident has died from complications associated with COVID-19.

According to the Grant County Health District, the Adult Family Home resident was a female in her 80's from Moses Lake. The victim reportedly had underlying conditions that put her at a higher risk for severe complications of COVID-19.

The facility had two staff members test positive but no additional residents. They have done weekly follow up testing and, at this time, have had no additional staff or residents test positive.

As of last update Monday evening, the Health District is reporting 1349 positive cases in the county since the pandemic began, with 688 cases counted as recovered, a 51% recovered rate.
