Grant County Sheriff’s Office Issues Warning Three Armed & Dangerous Suspects in Mattawa Area

Grant County Sheriff's office issued an alert that three armed and dangerous suspects are in Mattawa and last seen near SR 243 and Road 24-Southwest. One suspect is unknown, one suspect is 19 year old Hispanic male Rodrigo Quiroz and is 5'8, 155 lbs and the other suspect is 19 year old Hispanic male Melchor Celaya and is 5'11 and 190 lbs.

The three are believed to be involved in two targeted drive by shootings that occurred Thursday morning. No injuries occurred during the shootings. According to Chief Deputy Ken Jones, officers were able to locate the stolen vehicle that was used during the shootings.

Several deputies along with Mattawa Police Department are in the area with law enforcement setting up unified search teams.
