Home Sales and Prices Still Rising

November home sales in the Wenatchee area were up three percent over last year according to numbers from Pacific Appraisal Associates.

The median sales price was also up, rising seven percent to $349,000.

Year to date sales are just about even with 2018 as well.

The company does say that sales were down more than 16 percent from October and the number of homes available has also dropped 15 percent.
