Kittitas County Public Health Department Recommends Shelter in Place

The Kittitas County Public Health Department is recommending all residents shelter in place says everyone should assume they have been exposed to Covid-19 and this will help stem the spread.

Non-symptomatic essential workers, such as first responders and healthcare workers are expected to report to work as scheduled.

The Health Department says they are experiencing community spread which means multiple people have been infected with some not sure how it happened.

According to the state Department of Health, the County has four confirmed cases.
