Okanogan County Public Health Announces 11 COVID-Related Deaths

The Okanogan County Public Health Department announced that 11 residents of North Valley Extended Care in Tonasket died from COVID-19 after a recent outbreak at the facility in which 32 people tested positive.

No further information about the situation will be released.

OCPH says they have now had 26 people die from the virus.

Health officials are asking residents to continue wearing masks, wash hands, and avoid large gatherings.
