Our Valley Our Future Requests Community Participation in Survey

Our Valley Our Future / Nuestro Valle Nuestro Futuro is offering a 25 question survey to measure the economic and social well-being impact from the pandemic on residents in the region. The survey data will be used by elected officials and community leaders to develop ideas for the recovery process.

"We need to have a better sense in this community of how this pandemic is impacted us economically, of course, but also our social well-being," said Steve Maher, coordinator. "It's also to give folks an opportunity to share their ideas of how we could recover as a region and as a community."

Maher adds it's also an avenue for people to cite the positive things that have unfolded as a result of the community collaborating in time of need.

Folks that participate in the survey can enter into a drawing for a $100 gift card from Stan's Merry Mart in Wenatchee.

Organizations that assisted in crafting the survey include the Community Foundation of NCW, Parque Padrinos, Chelan County, Douglas County, City of Wenatchee, City of East Wenatchee, Wenatchee Valley College, Chelan-Douglas Health District, Chelan-Douglas Land Trust, Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce, NCW Hispanic Business Council, Wenatchee and Eastmont school districts, Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council, and the NCW Economic Development District.
