Water in Soap Lake Safe to Drink

The boil water advisory for Soap Lake residents was lifted Tuesday afternoon and tap water is again safe to drink.

The limitation was put in place this past Thursday after there were four breaks in the city's lines, including two lines that served the residential areas.

Fixes were in place within a few hours and testing has cleared the water as safe.
