Wenatchee Transfer Station Reopens

The Wenatchee Transfer Station reopened to the public today after being closed for several weeks due to a small fire. Waste Management District Manager Curt Kazen says the necessary repairs have been made and the facility will be open on its regular schedule.

Special public access to the Waste Management Greater Wenatchee Landfill during the repair period will end Tuesday, October 8th.

All loads must be securely covered during transport.
