Ground crews are still mopping up a wind-driven wildfire that burned about 75 acres in the Sentinel Bluffs area northeast of Mattawa Sunday.

Mattawa Fire Chief Joe Noonchester said the fire was spotted just before 2:00 pm near Road 23 Southwest and Road R Southwest.

"We are 100% contained and in the mop-up phase now." said Noonchester, "It's still under investigation."

The BLM and other agencies responded, as did air resources.
