All three Grant County District Court judges are seeking to be retained in the November election.

Judges Nick Wallace, Brian Gwinn and Brian Barlow have filed with the state Public Disclosure Commission, and have filed at the county level this week for the general election.

Wallace has also served as a district court judge since September of last year after falling short in a bid for the county Superior Court in 2016.

Gwinn was appointed to the court last year, while Barlow is the district court's presiding judge and has served as a judicial officer in the Grant County for 15 years.

The three are currently running unopposed to be retained.
