Cascade Education Foundation, a non-profit organization that raises and allocates funds to turn over to the Cascade School District for educations needs, is hosting the annual One Big Event in just under a month, November 14, with slightly discounted tickets available now until October 24. Tickets are $45 until October 25 when the tickets will increase to $50.

"The evening will include a Fall Harvest Dinner by Ravenous Catering along with a wine raffle, silent and live auction and a dessert dash," said Lori Vanderbrink, vice president. "The Emcee for the evening will be Alpine Lakes principal, Kenny Renner-Singer, and the auctioneer will be John Curley."

Tables are $340 and seat you and 7 friends. All of the proceeds from the evening go directly to the Cascade Education Foundation.

"In the last five years, our organization has donated $265,000 to the Cascade School District to fill the gaps between the school's budget and what the teachers need. So in supporting Cascade Education Foundation, you're supporting our teachers who are supporting our kiddos," said Vanderbrink.

Doors open at 5:30 that evening.
