Pybus Public Market is announcing the the addition of its newest restaurant, The Huck, September 1st.

According to a press release, "The Huck @ Pybus will be a modern rustic American dining experience featuring recipes created from years of cooking with the owners' mothers and grandmothers in the family kitchen, applying a modern twist." Menu options cover breakfast, lunch and dinner, including items like eggs benedict, omelets, pork chops, pasta and craft cocktails.

The Huck @ Pybus is the brainchild of Eric and Angie Decker, who have owned the Wild Huckleberry since 2000.
