Commissioners Choose Jenn Biggar as Interim Clerk

Jenn Biggar was appointed as the interim Douglas County Superior Court Clerk by the county commissioners Tuesday.

Biggar replaces previous Clerk Tristan Worthen and will fill the role until at least the next general election.

In a statement the board said, "Ms. Biggar has been an outstanding Douglas County employee for 5 years; she brings many years of experience in the legal field as well as management and administrative expertise to the position."

The Republican Central Committee previously selected a few candidates for the Board of Commissioners to choose from, among whom Biggar was chosen. Biggar will be sworn in July 7th.
