Grant County Detectives Discover Meth, Marijuana & Firearms With Search Warrant

Grant County sheriff's office detectives have a 76 year old man in custody after discovering 86 grams of meth, over 489 grams of marijuana & two illegally owned pistols in a Royal City residence. Maximino Gutierrez-Solano is booked in the Grant County Jail.

According to public information officer, Kyle Foreman, Grant County Interagency Narcotics enforcement team issued a search warrant last week as part of an investigation. The investigation was launched from a tip regarding a person who lived at the home.

Gutierrez-Solano is accused of delivery of methamphetamine, two counts of alien in possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
