Home Prices Up, Sales Stable and Listings Down in Wenatchee Market

Home sales in the Wenatchee area market rebounded in April after a very disappointing first quarter of the year.

According to data from Pacific Appraisal Associates, total residential home sales in April were essentially unchanged from a year ago but the average sales price continued its climb to almost $574,000, a 31% increase compared to April of 2021.

The updated data also brings more bad news for potential buyers: new listings are down 13% so far in 2022.

The Wenatchee market includes Wenatchee, Malaga, East Wenatchee, Orondo and Rock Island.
