
Home Sales Down, but Prices are Up in August Home Sales
Home sales in the Wenatchee Valley area were down three percent in August when compared to the same month in 2018 according to numbers by Pacific Appraisal Associates.
Year-to-date sales are also down seven percent with 649 sold through the end of August.
Prices are still on the rise though with the median sales price up six percent and the average sales price up five percent to nearly $372,000.
Active listings were also down from last year and from the month of July.
