Link Bus Involved in Thursday Morning Accident

A significant wreck caused the roadway to be blocked in both directions Thursday morning at 5th and Emerson Avenue. Wenatchee Police Department responded to the collision that was reported at about 8:40 a.m.

"Upon arrival, officers investigated a collision between a Link bus and a Chevy pick up truck," said Captain Brian Chance.

The pick up truck was being driven by a 55 year old man, that ended up being transported to Central Washington Hospital for possible minor injuries. The Link bus had the driver and two passengers inside and none of the three suffered injuries.
