Local Burger King Raises Funds for Humane Society

The East Wenatchee based Burger King has set a goal of $500 to pay it forward to the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society. The program 'Change for Change' is running until May 16 with donations supporting care for animals.

"You can round up your dollar amount on your order and you can donate 25 cents, you can also donate some different dollar price point amounts they have set," said Renee Parkins, development officer.

The Burger King is located at 610 Grant Road.
