Salvation Army Partnering with Walmart Saturday

The Salvation Army is teaming up with Walmart for a toy drive event Saturday at the Wenatchee store.

Major Ralph Jimenez says, "The public's generosity helps The Salvation Army provide over 600 children with Christmas toys they would not receive otherwise."

To participate, simply stop by and drop off new toys to The Salvation Army at the front of each Walmart store.

All toys donated will remain in the local community.

If you're unable to get to Walmart on Saturday, you can donate a new unwrapped toy at The Salvation Army on Columbia St. between 9:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m.
