The Petco Foundation Offering Matching Grant to Wenatchee Valley Humane Society

The Petco Foundation is offering a matching grant for all money donated to the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society, up to $25-hundred.

WVHS Development Officer Renee Parkins says it's about doubling donations.

"Basically, right now through the end of June if someone donates money to us Petco will match that donation. If someone donates $25, Petco will match that and basically make that person's $50."

Parkins says it's a great way to help people's dollars go further.

This grant is part of the Petco Foundation’s Pledge to Save Pet Lives during this COVID-19 pandemic by distributing $1M in product and cash donations and putting out a national call to implore animal lovers to take action to help save animal lives.
