Anyone and everyone in the greater Wenatchee Valley is invited to the 29th annual Robert Dickson Christmas Dinner on December 21. The dinner will be from 11-2 at the Riverside-Jett Masonic Lodge No. 112 located on Chelan Avenue. Dickson was a former master of the Riverside-Jett Masonic Lodge No. 112 and had planted the seed of an inclusive dinner for the community. Unfortunately, Mr. Dickson passed away, but the tradition has continued to honor him and his legacy. Though dinner is served at 11 and stops when all of the food is gone, folks typically come at 10 to stand in line. In 2018, the lodge had a total of twenty 25 lb turkeys and the fixins like mashed potatoes and dressing to distribute. The community meal will also be served with entertainment including a visit from Santa.
